And then the weather starts to turn toward encouraging water that isn't so stiff. And 2012 is looking like its going to be full-bore. What would give you that idea? Well, have a look, below! NEW! Mid-March through early May, 2012 G'Day! We'll be stickin' to the skinny, covering the many many miles along the East coast of... Australia! We'll be working with several Australian Kayaking Clubs during these almost two months. Tasmania, New South Wales, Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland and points between. Please contact Cheri for further information. NEW! We'll return to UK for late May and early June. We'll be offering traditional kayaking skills clinics at Llyn Padarn, North West Wales, and down on the South West Corner of England in conjunction with Sea Kayak Cornwall. We are also sorting out a location in Scotland. Dates and locales will firm up shortly so stay tuned if you're up for tuning up your Greenland skills. At the moment, please contact us for information, and more detail will follow. UPDATE!June 23rd & 24th We'll be doing a Greenland Skills Intensive for Charles River Canoe and Kayak, in the greater Boston area. Please contact Dan Cox to register for this offering. UPDATE! June 25th through July 4th! SOF qajaq-building workshop, at Qajaq Brownfield. This workshop currently has 4 spots open! Those are hot spots, that'll work you into a sweet little vessel. July 28th and 29th On to the Portland, Oregon area to gig out with twigsters! We'll be offering a couple of all day skills sessions for OOPS! August 4th, 5th & 6th We'll be teaching a couple of days of skills sessions in the Victoria, BC area. Our friend James Manke is organizing this scoot, and it's going to fill up fast, so it's best if you're a left coaster to drop James a line and let him know that you want to play, while there is still time! August 12th through the 16th We are quite excitedly teaming with West Coast Expeditions, on Spring Island, Mission Group, BC, off the wild northwest coast of Vancouver Island, west across the channel from Kyugout, to offer a solid 5 day program featuring a thorough exploration of traditional paddling skills in myriad sea states, all tailored to suit your skill set, as well as offering a number of different options to explore this stunning marine environment, guided by the experienced and knowledgeable WCE staff. This will be our 4th time out in this part of Vancouver Island, and some of our favorite people in our world will be hosting a couple or three all-day sessions. We're going to have a GOOD time.
