Forward Strokes Intensive 9 -11 AM 11:30 AM-1:30 PM A comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of the Greenland stroke. Paddle fit and stroke mechanics, forward and forward canted stroke, sliding stroke, high and low brace technique, sweep, draw and rudder strokes, and various stroke combinations. The Greenland Paddler in Moving Water 2:30-5 PM 2 to 1 maximum ratio. Intermediate and advanced traditional paddlers, come play in the ebb and flow of the coastal environment. Fine tune your GP strokes in moving water and waves. Develop your open water rolling and bracing skills. Depending on conditions of the day, experience surfing by skinny stick.
