Extended Side Angle Pose

Extended Side Angle is a full body pose that opens, stretches and strengthens the whole body and integrates it as one unit. It cultivates balance and coordination. Specifically, it strengthens the muscles that stabilize the knees, sculpts the legs, and opens the chest.
